Skin and Beauty Retreat - Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Skin and Beauty Retreat, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are treated as payment at the time of booking.

• If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, the voucher will be void.

• Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice will keep your voucher valid

Deposits

Some treatments may require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you provide at least 48 hours' notice of a change.
